Job Description

This role is critical to ensuring smooth document flow, compliance, and communication between our internal teams and clients.Key
Responsibilities Upload and download project documents, drawings, and correspondence on the client server. Ensure accurate file naming, metadata, and version control. Track document revisions, approvals, and submission deadlines. Retrieve and circulate client-issued documents to the relevant teams. Maintain logs of all document submissions and receipts.
Ensure compliance with client and company documentation standards.Qualification & experience : Graduate in any discipline. 2-5 years of experience in Document Control / Coordination.
