Job Description

As a Document Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining all project documents in an organized and efficient manner. Your primary duties will include ensuring that all documentation meets compliance standards and regulations, coordinating with internal teams to collect and distribute documents as needed, tracking revisions and updates, and maintaining accurate records of all changes. Additionally, you will perform regular audits to ensure document accuracy and integrity. In this role, you will also assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required. You will be expected to provide training and support to team members on document control processes and procedures, as well as collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure a smooth document flow throughout the project lifecycle. To be successful as a Document Control Specialist, you should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field. Certification in Document Control or Records Management is preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are essential for this role.,
