Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1.

Meet and build relationships with doctors (ophthalmologists and other specialists) to recruit them for collaboration with the hospital.
Collect and maintain a database of doctor contact details and professional information.

2.

Attend healthcare and eye care corporate events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential doctor partners.

3.

Conduct market research to identify potential doctor partners and new recruitment opportunities.
Provide insights and feedback to the management team to refine recruitment strategies.

4.

Maintain long-term relationships with recruited doctors and doctors in the market to ensure continued collaboration.
Maintain and hold the connection with the competitor doctors to enable the future collaboration

5.

Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, Collected database and upcoming event plans
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and agreements with doctors.

6.

Travel extensively within the assigned regions to meet doctors and attend events.
