Job Description

You will be responsible for managing lab testing for model development activities related to crash and sled testing. Your role will involve planning and executing design/development test requirements, understanding lab crash/sled testing, and providing team management and training. - Plan and execute design/development test requirements - Understand lab crash/sled testing and oversee execution - Manage the team and provide necessary training Functional Qualifications: - Experience in airbag testing awareness and simulation using sled system - Understanding of vehicle level crash testing including full frontal, offset, side, and NCAP - Awareness of regulations related to crash testing and sled testing Behavioral Qualifications: - Team player with good analytical and presentation skills - Decision-making skills - Future planning and conceptualization thinking - Subordinate development and motivational skills Specific Expertise: - Openness to learning and adopting a creative and innovative approach - Willingness to share experiences and skills as a trainer - Ability to disseminate learning in the related field to the group,
