DM/MGR - Automotive Electrical Testing and Facility Management

As an Electrical Engineer with 4-7 years of experience, your role will primarily involve automotive electrical testing, diagnosis, facility procurement, and management. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Experience in Engineering and lab Management, preferably in the automotive industry - Project Management, including handling technical meetings independently with domestic and international facility suppliers, driving projects with minimum support, preparing regular summary reports, resolving conflicts, and escalating issues when necessary - Collaboration with other departments for project execution, such as Civil and Utility - Testing of EV components like Battery, E-Motor, and inverter, along with performance evaluation - Facility management tasks like coordination with suppliers for AMC, budgeting, identifying critical spare parts, inventory management, data management, and open point tracking - EMI / EMC testing know-how, including hands-on experience with RF equipment operations and familiarity with test automation software - Familiarization with test standards and regulations, interpreting and implementing requirements, and staying updated on automotive standards modifications - Understanding automotive electrical systems, communication protocols, CANOE/diagnosis tools, motors, ECUs, engines, powertrain electronics, vehicle physics, dynamics, and Electric vehicle architecture - Knowledge of EV charging protocols like CHAdeMO, CCS, etc. - Additional requirements include driving experience, proficiency in English and Hindi (Japanese is an added advantage), strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and flexibility to travel locally and abroad for short or long durations.,
