DME cum zoho expert

A renowned designer house in Kolkata want a DME cum Zoho management person (female only) for their flagship store.

We want a female candidate who can do data analysis, expert in MIS, proficient in computer. We want to hire immediately. Job Description is given here :

1. Zoho CRM Management (This is mandatory) Who do not know Zoho Management, they are not required to apply.

- Ensure smooth functioning of Zoho CRM with accurate data entry and regular updates.

- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline lead assignment and notifications.

- Generate periodic reports to track CRM efficiency and usage.

2.Trial Count Monitoring

- Provide monthly reports on trial performance

3.Lead Management System

- Capture, track leads efficiently in CRM.

- Monitor lead progress across stages and ensure timely follow-ups.

4.Handling Customer Data

- Segment customer data for targeted campaigns and reporting.

- Maintain up-to-date, complete, and secure customer records.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
