As a Project Manager at MSIL, your role will involve leading a project team to introduce new models/products into vehicle inspection lines. You will be responsible for project coordination in setting up a new production plant, increasing plant flexibility, implementing and managing new processes to enhance quality and productivity. Your tasks will include localization and development of alternate suppliers for vehicle inspection equipment, annual budget planning, management of orders and cash flow, as well as integrating new technologies into new/existing setups. Key Responsibilities: - Lead project team for introducing new models/products into vehicle inspection lines - Coordinate projects for setting up new production plant and increasing plant flexibility - Implement and manage new processes to improve quality and productivity - Localize and develop alternate suppliers for vehicle inspection equipment - Plan annual budget and manage order and cash flow - Integrate new technologies into new/existing setups - Plan plant capacity, balance lines, and implement lean manufacturing principles Qualifications Required: - Experience in project management and process engineering, specifically in vehicle inspection - Proficiency in latest technological advancements in the automotive/manufacturing industry - Strong team player, hardworking, patient professional with a learning attitude As a Project Manager at MSIL, you will play a crucial role in leading projects, coordinating activities, implementing new processes, and integrating technologies to drive quality and productivity in the automotive manufacturing industry.,
