Technical Skills or Behavioral & Competencies:

Expert Knowledge of Financial Statements and how to analyse the Financial performance
Expert Knowledge of Business Controlling and Costing
Working Knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards
Functional Knowledge of SAP HANA and Hands on Experience in FI-CO
Very Good in Presentation to Management
Good Hand on MS Office (mainly Excel)

Team Player
Learning Attitude and Quick Adaptability
Problem Solving and Time Management

Key Responsibilities:

Operational

Monthly and Annual Finalisation of Books of Accounts
Defining right KPIs to highlight Business Drivers efficiencies and effectiveness
MIS on KPIs, Profitability and Working Capital to achieve annual plans
Preparation of Budget of Division/Cluster and Monthly Budgetary Control Activities
Continuous Monitoring of Contractual Milestones of Contracts to ensure no revenue leakage and cost control
Business wise and Product Wise Profitability Reporting (Regions, Product Lines, Product Category etc.)
Defining and implementing Controlling Processes across the business value chains
Business Case Validation of Branch/C&F Opening
Co-ordinating with Sales and Credit Control Team to ensure effective Customer Collection
Business Case preparation and validation from Management

Role

Monthly Closing and MIS Preparation by 7th working day
Working with Sales,Project Management Office and Installation team to analyse all business parameters and guide Management for effective decision making
Budgetory Control Activities
