Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Django Trainers located in Kanpur. The Django Trainer will conduct college training sessions, develop training materials, mentor students, and ensure the successful transfer of knowledge and skills. The role involves preparing training content, delivering hands-on training, and evaluating trainee performance through assessments and feedback. The trainer will collaborate with other team members to enhance training effectiveness and stay updated with the latest Django advancements.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge and experience in Django and related technologies
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training materials and sessions
• Strong skills in mentoring and evaluating trainees' performance
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and stay updated with Django advancements
• Relevant experience in corporate training or technical instruction
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in software development is a plus
