Diversity and Inclusion Consultant

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on DEI trends and best practices to support client projects.
• Support business development by:

Identifying potential clients and preparing proposals.

Conducting cold calls and reaching out to relevant client pools to pitch our DEI services.

• Create DEI content and materials for client communications and internal use.
• Engage with new and existing clients to foster strong relationships and support ongoing DEI projects.
• Assist in follow-up communications, gathering client feedback, and ensuring client satisfaction with DEI offerings.
• Assisting in client outreach and engagement for new business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the DEI and BD teams, gaining hands-on experience in DEI strategy, client relationship building, and outreach.
