(Post-Installation On-Site Support)

Location:

Jammu - District-Level (with regular local travel)

Role Summary:

Responsible for providing on-site support after installation of infrastructure and training labs, managing local stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations, resolving technical issues, and maintaining strong coordination with district-level authorities, training centers, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure functionality of installed systems (IT, labs, training tools)
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, maintenance, and support
• Liaise with district officials, training centers, and community stakeholders
• Provide basic training and handholding support to local users
• Document incidents, generate reports, and ensure timely issue resolution
• Conduct regular field visits and monitor site performance

Requirements:

• Graduate in Engineering / IT / related field
• 3+ years in field support / stakeholder engagement roles
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in education, skilling, or CSR projects preferred
• Willingness to travel extensively within the district
