Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a District Finance & Accounts Specialist based in Shahjahanpur. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, monitoring district budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory accounting practices. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support decision-making processes, generating reports for stakeholders, and collaborating effectively with teams to streamline financial operations. The role also involves supporting audits and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Finance, Accounting, and preparation of Financial Statements
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret financial data and support decision-making
• Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting
• Knowledge of relevant financial software or tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Experience in the non-profit sector or education-focused programs is a plus
