Distribution Planner

The Planning Execution Manager plays a crucial role in managing and coordinating various planning and execution activities within the supply chain at Zydus, an innovation-led global healthcare provider. As the Planning Execution Manager, your key responsibilities will include location-wise forecasting, hub tracking, managing pending orders, tracking shortages, coordinating with marketing, ensuring Retail Selling Price (RSP) alignment, and maintaining inventory management at Carrying and Forwarding Agents (CFAs) and hubs. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing Management Information System (MIS) reports for Monthly Review Meetings (MPRM) and coordinating with logistics for dispatch. Your responsibilities will involve maintaining accurate location-wise availability, analyzing historical data and market trends to enhance forecasting accuracy, monitoring and tracking inventory levels at hubs, ensuring timely replenishment of stock to prevent shortages, tracking and managing pending orders at CFAs, identifying and addressing product shortages, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing inventory levels to optimize stock availability. To excel in this role, you should possess an M. Pharm, B. Pharm, M.Sc., B.Tech, B.E. degree along with an MBA and have 15-18 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Your skills should include forecasting and demand planning, inventory management, data analysis and reporting, as well as coordination and communication with various teams such as marketing, demand, warehouse, and logistics. Additionally, you should demonstrate problem-solving abilities and effective decision-making skills. Preferred skills for this role include being detail-oriented, organized, proactive, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and possess a collaborative mindset to work effectively as a team player.
