• Make available right product right time and right place.
• Finished goods dispatch allocation• Prepare STN ( Stock Transfer Note for Finished goods )• Transport arrangement and tracking up to delivery location• Co ordination with C & F for day to day transactions• C& F Commission and expenses checking and given to account department.• Transportation bills checking.• Sales / sales return analysis on Primary sales• Dumped stock analysis based on secondary sales analysis.• Outstanding review and follow up for collection.• Expired goods destruction review and keep record ( Batch / Qty )• C & F Visit for Physical Stock & Storage Audit.• New stockiest Appointment.• Sales and collection MIS Report Preparation.• Product wise Demand plan preparation and given forecast to Production.• MRP Review as Per NPPA Guideline.• Drug License Application and Renovation.• Third Party manufactures co ordination for order and supply.• Monthly strategic sample plan preparation.• Dispatches of sample and Promotional material to all C & F.• Follow up from C & F for sample & Promotional material dispatch on right time.• Cost saving wherever we can save.• Monthly Price index Working.• Maintain Location wise and Territory wise PCPM & Sales Growth data.• Prepared Value wise and Product wise targets.• Taken day to day update from production department.
