Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Distribution Center Supervisor located in Bhopal. The Distribution Center Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage inventory, ensure the efficient functioning of the warehouse, and maintain high standards of quality and service. Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating distribution activities, and managing logistics to optimize workflow and productivity.

Qualifications

  • Supervisory Skills and strong ability to lead and manage a team
  • Proficiency in Operations Management and Inventory Control
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective coordination and teamwork
  • Experience in Warehouse Management and associated best practices
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with distribution center operations and logistics
  • Relevant certifications or training in warehouse management or logistics is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
