Dispute Management Specialist - Freshers - Immediate Hiring

We are hiring a Dispute Management Specialist to handle payment disputes and chargebacks.

The role involves reviewing cardholder and seller accounts, validating claims, preparing evidence for representments, and ensuring accurate case processing in a fast-paced operations environment.

Location: Hyderabad

Experience:Freshers

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Finance

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze chargeback claims and determine file/reject/write-off actions

Review cardholder transactions & dispute patterns

Log and classify dispute cases with proper documentation

Gather & validate transaction evidence; prepare representment/reversal documentation

Verify reversal letters with card networks

Investigate seller accounts and customer history for claim validation

Escalate high-risk or anomalous cases

Use internal tools & workflows to ensure accuracy and reduce errors

Required Skills:

Strong attention to detail & analytical ability

Good verbal & written communication skills

Ability to follow structured processes with minimal supervision

Comfortable in fast-paced, accuracy-driven environment

Basic technological proficiency
