Display Repair Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee 

  display refurbishment

  , including lamination, OCA/LOCA processes, and polarizer replacement.
• Calibrate and test repaired displays for brightness, color accuracy, and touch response.
• Operate and maintain 

  laser separator, bubble remover, vacuum laminator, and TP bonding machines

  .
• Supervise a team of display technicians, ensuring SOP adherence and repair yield optimization.
• Collaborate with procurement and QC to validate parts and maintain consistent standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• Expertise in both 

  Apple and Android display technologies (OLED, LCD, Super Retina, Dynamic AMOLED)

  .
• Proven experience with 

  OCA lamination, glass replacement, and polarizer alignment.

• Ability to fine-tune lamination settings and perform rework with high success rates.
• Leadership experience in managing 3–5 technicians on a production line.
• Strong eye for detail and quality perfectionism.

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume refurbishment environments or OEM-grade service centers.
• Knowledge of display testing and calibration software tools.
