Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Logistics Dispatcher to coordinate daily deliveries, optimize routes, and ensure timely transportation of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for pickup and delivery of goods
Monitor and track vehicles to ensure timely deliveries
Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and warehouse teams
Optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Resolve delivery issues or delays in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and transportation logs
Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and company policies

Qualifications:

Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Previous experience in dispatching or logistics coordination preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
