📍 Location: Sector 142, Noida

🕰️ Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM (IST)

💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years in USA Dispatch (preferably in 3PL or Freight Forwarding)

Role Overview ;-

As a Dispatch Team Member, you will be essential in managing our logistics workflows, ensuring timely dispatches, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve coordinating shipments, working closely with clients and internal teams, and ensuring operational efficiency during evening hours aligned with our US partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end dispatch operations during your shift
• Collaborate with B2B clients to meet their shipping requirements and ensure on-time deliveries
• Maintain accurate shipment records and update logistics systems
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to optimize routes and reduce delays
• Monitor shipment statuses and proactively resolve any issues
• Participate in initiatives aimed at continuous process improvement

Qualifications ;-

• 3+ years of experience in B2B logistics dispatch (USA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with logistics management software is a plus
