Job Description

Schedule Deliveries: Plan and organize dispatch schedules for timely deliveries. Coordinate Drivers: Assign routes and duties to drivers. Track Shipments: Monitor movement of goods using tracking systems. Maintain Records: Keep accurate logs of dispatches, deliveries, and vehicle usage. Customer Communication: Handle client queries, updates, and complaints. Team Supervision: Guide and manage dispatch team performance. Ensure Safety: Follow transport laws and company policies for safe operations. Optimize Routes: Plan efficient delivery routes to save time and fuel. Problem Solving: Quickly resolve delivery or transport issues. Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure vehicles are serviced and in working condition. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
