Job Description

Dispatch Manager
Role & Responsibilities

Oversee and manage the end-to-end dispatch process, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
Generate and manage GRNs, challans, vendor codes, invoices, and maintain proper documentation of inward and outward entries.
Hands-on experience in factory store management including reconciliation of book stocks and vendor rejections.
Ensure timely and accurate e-way bill generation and invoicing in compliance with GST norms.
Well-versed with Udyog software for dispatch and documentation activities.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and transport vendors to schedule, arrange, and monitor shipments.
Negotiate freight charges with transporters and ensure cost-effective logistics management.
Maintain and update dispatch records, cost center reports, and documentation for audit and statutory compliance.
Handle dispatch-related customer complaints and queries; coordinate with CSD and dealers for order dispatches.
Collaborate with accounts, quality, and sales teams for STO (Stock Transfer Order) creation, GRNs, DCs, and quality-related issues such as Quality Infection reports.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, safety regulations, and all statutory requirements.
Support in preparation of reports related to stock movement, rejected materials, and dispatch summaries for internal review.
