Dispatch Executive (Only Fresher)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare dispatch schedules as per sales orders and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with production, store, and logistics teams for timely dispatch
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of finished goods
• Prepare dispatch documents like invoice, delivery challan, E-way bill, LR, etc.
• Coordinate with transporters and track vehicle movement
• Maintain dispatch records and update dispatch status in system
• Verify quantity and quality of material before dispatch
• Handle customer or transporter queries related to dispatch
• Ensure safety and compliance during loading and unloading

Skills & Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of dispatch and logistics process
• Knowledge of documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Challan, LR)
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, ERP preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
