Dispatch Executive

Position Description Position: Dispatcher Executive (Male candidates only)

Position Background: Inspiroz is searching for a Dispatcher Executive to join our team. The Dispatch Executive will be responsible is to monitor the ticketing portal and assign the new tickets to appropriate resources.

Job Description:

· Log all Incident/ Service request details, allocating categorization and prioritization codes
· Ensure that the Ticket Assignment SLA targets are achieved daily· Make decisions quickly, often with limited information· Review and analyze the service boards and follow-up with support team· Process handoffs between teams and team members· Escalate major Incidents to appropriate team members· Take ownership of tasks and follows through to ensure complete resolution· Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Requirements:

· The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent certifications
· Minimum 0-1 year of customer service experience as a Dispatcher· Possess great attention to details.· Knowledge on IT based solutions will be an added advantage· Work schedule as 5 days 10 hours shifts a week, mix of days and nights, Rotational week-off.
