Job Description

We have requirement of Dispatch Executive for our wire manufacturing Plant. Location: Hirapur Raipur Qualification: B.Com Experience: 2 to 4 Years in Dispatch Work Salary: 15000/- to 21000/- PM Skills: Tally Billing, Documentation Job Duties in Brief Receiving and verifying orders: Ensuring all orders are accurate and complete. Arranging transportation: Selecting the appropriate mode of transportation (truck, courier, etc.) and booking carriers. Tracking and monitoring shipments: Keeping track of deliveries and ensuring they are on schedule. Communicating with drivers and customers: Providing timely updates on shipment status and answering question Oversee vehicle scheduling and routes, dispatch vehicles, and provide timely information to drivers Report all scheduling and driver complaints to the appropriate location manager Provide solutions for drop-off and pickup problems Assist with the supervision of day-to-day operations Preparing and sending invoices to clients/patients. Ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing data. Maintaining updated records of client accounts. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: Dispatch Executive: 2 years (Preferred) Tally: 2 years (Preferred) Billing: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
