Dispatch Executive

Job Purpose:

To ensure smooth and timely dispatch of finished goods/materials as per customer requirements, coordinating with production, stores, transporters, and customers while maintaining proper documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispatch Planning & Coordination
• Plan daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders and priorities.
• Coordinate with production and stores for material availability.
• Arrange vehicles in coordination with transporters.
• Documentation & Compliance
• Prepare and verify invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and other dispatch documents.
• Ensure compliance with GST, transport, and statutory norms.
• Maintain dispatch records in ERP/system.
• Logistics & Vehicle Management
• Ensure proper loading/unloading of materials with correct packaging.
• Optimize vehicle utilization and reduce logistics cost.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
• Customer & Internal Communication
• Provide dispatch details to customers and sales team.
• Address customer queries related to dispatch/delivery.
• Coordinate with QA team for quality clearance before dispatch.
• Reporting & MIS
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly dispatch MIS.
• Monitor pending orders and update management regularly.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Knowledge of logistics, dispatch operations, and documentation.
• Familiar with ERP/SAP/Tally or other dispatch systems.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of taxation & e-way bills.

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in dispatch/logistics (manufacturing/automobile/logistics industry preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
