Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Dispatch Executive to join our growing supply chain team and support seamless end-to-end logistics operations. ,

Shift -Night shift

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate logistics operations including vehicle loading, port handling, and dispatch planning.



Manage export and import operations, including pre/post-shipment documentation, customs clearance, and compliance.



Liaise with suppliers, buyers, forwarders, CHAs (Customs House Agents), shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.



Maintain shipment databases, reconcile vendor invoices, and coordinate with the finance team for approvals.



Supervise inventory levels, warehouse coordination, and dispatch planning to meet customer requirements.



Handle LCL/FCL consolidation, air/sea freight, and courier logistics.



Prepare documentation such as E-way bills, BOE, shipping bills, invoices, and GRNs (Goods Receipt Note).



Track shipments and vehicle movements across regions, especially PAN-India locations.



Use tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, HLOOKUP), SAP (optional), and ERP systems for reporting and analysis.



Support service level analysis, customer delivery appointments, returns (RMA- Return Merchandise Authorization), and PO (Purchase Order) management.



 Conduct cost optimization through RFQs (Request for Quotations), and vendor negotiations.



 Generate MIS reports, stock and logistics performance analytics for internal stakeholders.



 Collaborate with production, sales, QA (Quality Assurance), depot, and other cross-functional teams for smooth operations.

 Order Management, PO Amendments, RMA Handling



 Performance Metrics & MIS Reporting

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:



 Education: Diploma / Any Graduate (Must); BE – Mechanical/Industrial/Production (Preferred)



 Certifications: Logistics and Supply Chain Certification (Preferred)



 Experience: 1–4 years in Logistics, Supply Chain, Import-Export, or Transportation



 Industry Experience Advantage: FMCG, Engineering, Metals, Chemicals, Logistics Tech, Entertainment (Not compulsory)

 Travel Requirement: Yes (10% - 20%)
