Dispatch Executive

• Process, Package and Dispatch orders accurately.
• Tracking and Maintaining the record of material or inventory Incoming and Outgoing.
• Preparation and Maintaining of Delivery Challans, Packing List.
• Verification of Quantity of material.
• Preparing of MIS for the dispatched material.
• Stock Maintaining, material verification, Data Preparing, Daily & Monthly Report.
• Able to do route planning and 100% company vehicle Utilization.
• Should have knowledge of food industry and handling multiple products and orders on daily basis.
• Knowledge of computer billing speaking skills duties, workaholic, good conversation skills Etc
• Receive products from Production department on daily basis and report it Give Instruction supervise loader/Unloaders for dispatch.
• Make marking then arrange loading of box in vehicle as per loading instruction. Inspection of goods for quantity condition of box Ensure packing as per dispatch instruction Knowledge of dispatch related documentation.
• Communication Skill -Written Oral, Plan, direct, or coordinate the transportation operations within an organization or the activities of organizations that provide transportation service.
• Min. 3 Yrs experience in dispatch department ,candidate preferable worked in FMCG industries.
• Order processing, Customer service , Product dispatch, Creating products labels.
• Graduate with proven working experience in dispatch and supply chain.
