Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and generate accurate bills/invoices in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update stock records, ensuring accuracy in stock taking.
  • Coordinate dispatch activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Verify and match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch and billing reports in Excel.
  • Liaise with the warehouse and logistics team for smooth operations.
  • Maintain proper documentation for billing and dispatch records.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in billing, stock taking, and dispatch operations.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of GST billing processes preferred.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Education:

  • Graduate in Commerce/Business Administration or related field preferred.
