Dispatch and Client Relations Associate

Whiz Delivery is a Canadian logistics company with operations in Southern Ontario and an expansion underway to British Columbia and Quebec. As our business grows, we are looking for a Dispatch and Client Relations Associate who can join immediately to help us keep things moving smoothly, communicate clearly, and be part of our exciting journey.

What You’ll Do

Pickup Coordination

• Coordinate daily pickups and make sure they run on time and without issues
• Keep track of order volumes, schedule drivers, and plan efficient routes
• Assign vehicles and follow up to ensure they meet safety and maintenance standards
• Work with truck rental partners when vehicles are needed or issues arise
• Monitor drivers in real time and help solve problems quickly if delays or incidents happen

Client & Team Communication

• Talk to clients over the phone and email to confirm pickup times, give updates, and handle last-minute changes
• Keep our internal teams updated so pickups and deliveries flow smoothly
• Record what happens during the day so everyone has the right information

Process Support

• Keep dispatch records and checklists up to date
• Help with delivery dispatch during busy times
• Share ideas to make our processes faster, simpler, and more reliable

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or client service, or a related degree/diploma
• Strong English communication skills; Hindi or Punjabi is an asset
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and Slack
• Based in India, available Monday to Friday during Eastern Standard Time business hours
• Able to follow the Canadian work calendar and holidays, with flexibility for occasional extended hours as per requirement
• Ability to join immediately
