Disele Monitoring MIS / AI Analytics Executive- Mining / Infrastructur

Role Summary

We are hiring a Diesel Monitoring & Analytics Executive who will manage fuel data, machine efficiency, and variance analysis across large mining & infrastructure projects.

The role is HO-based and includes structured AI & data analytics upskilling to help candidates grow into future-ready operations analytics roles.

Role & responsibilities

• Monitor diesel consumption of HEMM (dumpers, excavators, dozers, graders).
• Compare manual diesel issue vs GPS / IoT / sensor data.
• Identify fuel variance, inefficiencies & pilferage risks.
• Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS dashboards.
• Track machine-wise efficiency trends & idle consumption.
• Coordinate with site engineers, fuel attendants & IT teams.
• Raise alerts & observations for management review.
• Support audits, cost control & operational decision-making.

AI & Digital Upskilling (Major Attraction Point)

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training & guided exposure in:

• AI-assisted Excel & MIS automation
• Using AI tools for anomaly detection in fuel data
• Building smart dashboards (Excel / Power BI exposure)
• Learning prompt-based data analysis for operations
• Understanding predictive trends in diesel usage & machine efficiency
• Exposure to future AI-based mining analytics workflows

No prior AI knowledge required training provided

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. (Mining / Mechanical / Civil / Electrical)
• Graduates with strong data, Excel & logical skills also encouraged

Tools & Skills

• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, Lookups, logical formulas)
• Interest in data analytics & automation
• Understanding of mining / infra operations (preferred)
• Willingness to learn AI tools & digital systems
• Strong coordination & reporting discipline
