Job Summary

Director Technical Delivery

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple

  complex technology projects

  across various domains ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Oversee end-to-end

  project delivery lifecycle (SDLC)

  — from requirement gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and post-delivery support.
• Provide strong

  technical guidance

  to teams working on

  .NET, Java, or Python

  based Solutions.
• Regularly

  review code quality, project progress, and technical deliverables

  , ensuring adherence to standards and frameworks.
• Implement and follow

  best practices, frameworks, and methodologies

  (Agile, DevOps, Waterfall, etc.) suitable for each engagement.
• Drive

  technical excellence

  and innovation within delivery teams by promoting continuous learning and improvement.
• Ensure

  compliance with organizational, client, and regulatory requirements

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Architecture, QA, DevOps, and Product Management.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with

  global clients

  through effective communication and regular interactions.
• Lead project reviews, risk assessments, and ensure proper mitigation plans are in place.
• Provide leadership to Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, and Project Managers -fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Partner with Business and Sales teams in

  solutioning, estimations, and pre-sales discussions

  for new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 15–20 years of experience in the

  IT services industry

  , with progressive growth from

  Developer Technical Lead Delivery Manager Delivery Director / Technical Delivery Head

  .
• Strong hands-on background in

  .NET, Java, or Python

  technologies.
• Proven track record of delivering

  large-scale, multi-project engagements

  successfully.
• In-depth knowledge of

  software development life cycle (SDLC)

  and modern delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of

  code quality, architecture design, performance optimization

  , and technical reviews.
• Exposure to

  Enterprise technology projects

  such as

  CRM, ERP, or Salesforce

  is a strong advantage.
• Excellent

  stakeholder management

  and

  client communication

  skills, with experience working with

  global clients

  .
• Ability to manage delivery budgets, project financials, and resource allocations effectively.
• Strong understanding of

  compliance, governance, and delivery risk management

  .
• Excellent leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Certifications in

  PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master

  will be an added advantage.
• Experience in

  digital transformation
