Director Strategy

Our client, an Indian multinational technology company based in Bengaluru, is looking for a Strategy Leader to join their global team. As the Strategy Leader, you will be responsible for designing and executing key strategic priorities, particularly focusing on growth strategy. Your role will involve developing and executing growth strategies by identifying key trends, market discontinuities, competition, and partner ecosystems. You will work closely with market units, global business lines, and functions to operationalize growth priorities. Additionally, you will lead design and program management to achieve desired outcomes and engage in evangelization initiatives across internal and external stakeholders. To succeed in this role, you must have strong consulting capabilities, including the ability to deal with uncertainty, analytical rigor, agility, and execution rigor. Effective communication skills, relationship-building abilities, and experience in driving alignment and change management with diverse stakeholders are crucial. An understanding of technology services, technology trends, and execution experience is also essential. The ideal candidate for this position will be an inspiring and confident leader with at least 15+ years of work experience in managing organizational change initiatives in a global technology firm. Experience in the high-tech or professional service industry is highly preferred. You should have a track record of effective communication with technical and business leaders, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail. As an ideal candidate, you will have 15-22 years of experience in Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Change Management roles. You should possess a working knowledge of strategy, be a strong mentor and coach, goal-driven, and able to work well in fast-paced environments. Additionally, you should be a strong networker, relationship builder, and willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
