Senior AI Solutions Architect (Gen AI & Agentic Solutions)
We're seeking a highly experienced AI professional to lead the design and development of cutting-edge AI solutions, focusing on Generative AI and Agentic Systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in building and deploying AI solutions at scale. Should have a passion building innovative AI solutions and leading technical teams in the IT and BPM world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect AI solutions using Generative AI and Agentic Systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deploy AI-powered products and services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business problems and develop AI-driven solutions
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Develop frameworks, business cases to achieve high ROI as per business needs
- Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies and tools to stay ahead of the curve
- Ensure AI solutions meet ethical and regulatory standards
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the AI community
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in building AI solutions, with a focus on Generative AI and Agentic Systems
- Strong expertise in AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain)
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Excellent programming skills (e.g., Python, Java, C++)
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Good to have
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields
- Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of MLOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with large language models and multimodal AI systems
