Job Description

Role Overview: As the Director, SMB Product Cross-sell Sales at Rippling, your role will involve leading, expanding, and developing a team of Sales Managers & Account Executives. Your leadership will directly impact the team's growth, their development, and Rippling's success in achieving revenue goals swiftly. This position will report to the Senior Director of Sales based in Bangalore. Please note that the role will be based in the Bangalore office and will require you to be present in the office 3 times a week, with working hours aligned with the Eastern Standard Timezone (EST). Key Responsibilities: - Develop, execute, and own strategies and tactics to grow and scale your region - Manage, coach, and scale a team of Sales Managers and their teams of Account Executives - Assist your team throughout their strategic sales cycles by deeply understanding customers" needs and mapping them to the value - Drive sales performance by managing activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed-deals to ensure quota attainment - Regularly report on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting - Identify and make recommendations for improvement in the areas of process, efficiency, and productivity - Lead the hiring process, as well as training and ramp-up of new team members - Partner with peers cross-functionally in marketing, sales development, post-sales, and product Qualifications Required: - High energy with an owner mindset and ability to make quick decisions - Experience as a 2nd line leader - Experience selling into high-velocity organizations with deal cycles ranging from a few days to a few weeks - Track record of success in similar roles at other SaaS companies in a fast-moving environment - Experience selling both transactional deals ($2-$5k ACVs) and more strategic deals ($15k-$30k ACVs) - Experience selling B2B SaaS, with additional experience selling HRIS/HCM software being advantageous (Note: The job description did not provide any additional details about the company beyond the introductory section),
