We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with 10 to 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience to join our team as a Director in the National SaT-SaT Lead Advisory-BrokerDealer role, located in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Build relationships with key corporate groups, lenders, and financial sponsors. Analyze financial and operational positioning of stressed corporates to generate leads for opportunities. Develop a healthy pipeline of opportunities and mandates in areas related to Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, debt restructuring across various sectors. Coordinate pitch presentations to obtain new mandates from lenders and investors. Lead transaction execution, including day-to-day management and project management. Manage a team of Managers and Associates. Conduct business modeling and plan development, analyzing new sector trends. Perform financial modeling and analysis, developing materials including Information Memorandum, financial models, presentations, resolution plans, and rectification/restructuring/SDR package-based business plans. Coordinate and manage due diligence processes in transactions. Collaborate with legal advisors on transaction documentation, including term sheets and definitive agreements. Stay updated on new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment, particularly in Insolvency regulation and restructuring. Monitor client credit, review operational and financial performance, cash flows, etc., to suggest strategic options such as JV/partnerships, acquisitions, or divestitures. Facilitate synergies with lenders, restructuring agencies, auditors, LIEs, valuation agencies, and coordinate/manage the financial, tax, commercial, and operational due diligence process in a transaction. Provide inputs for group business plan and future direction of the practice. Evaluate economic and legal risks arising from engagements and adopt suitable risk management practices. Stay informed about new developments in the profession, business, industry, and regulatory environment. ### Job Requirements MBA from a premier institute (Tier-I Indian B-school) with experience in transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, and strategy verticals. Minimum 10 years of relevant post-qualification experience in Investment Banks, M&A teams of large Banks, NBFCs, or Insurance companies, with successful deal closures in Private Equity/Venture Capital firms. Ability to work collaboratively to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems, delivering insightful and practical solutions. Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, adaptable and creative in approach. Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis, business planning, and transaction execution.
