Role Overview: In an exciting period of growth, you will be hired as the Director of Recruitment and Admissions at Krea University. You will have the responsibility for overseeing the overall outreach and admissions functions of the University. Your main role will involve developing and implementing policies and procedures related to the outreach and admissions departments. You will provide leadership and strategic vision for admitting incoming classes to the University, ensuring alignment with Krea's overarching goals. Collaboration with management and heads of other departments will be essential to develop innovative strategies to achieve institutional goals. Key Responsibilities: - Provide leadership and strategic vision for the University Outreach and Admissions Department. - Manage all activities associated with outreach and admissions, collaborating with other department heads for efficient and coordinated services. - Develop annual business plans for the outreach and admissions team and lead strategy across multiple regions. - Achieve outreach and admissions targets for the Institution. - Make admissions decisions as part of the leadership of the Admissions Committee and plan recruitment and application cycles with the leadership team. - Direct the team to attract and admit a large and diverse pool of outstanding students. - Design and implement strategies and digital initiatives to maximize reach to target audiences for programs. - Analyze regional and national data to identify trends, best practices, and growth strategies. - Recruit, lead, and manage a team of regional/territory leaders. - Define and monitor overall KPIs and targets for the team. - Nurture and manage relationships with school/college administrators, counsellors, institutes, and third parties to facilitate interactions with students and parents. - Finalize marketing materials for promotional activities. - Collaborate with the personnel function on recruitment, selection, training, performance evaluation, and supervision activities. - Develop strategies to make the admissions application and decision process more efficient. - Develop long-term goals and strategic plans for the Outreach and Admissions departments. - Oversee the development of a multichannel marketing and communications strategy. - Maintain contact with students throughout the recruitment process and ensure a successful start to their academic careers. Qualification Required: - At least 15 years of experience in student recruitment, admissions, outreach, or related areas. - Masters degree or equivalent degree from a premier institution.
