Job Description

As the Director of Marketing for Healthcare Provider at Cognizant Health Sciences, you will play a crucial role in advancing Cognizant's market presence within the healthcare provider industry. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of marketing content and lead generation initiatives to support Cognizant's TriZetto Provider Solutions revenue cycle. Your key responsibilities will include strategic planning and support, where you will collaborate with healthcare provider business leaders and subject matter experts to identify marketing priorities. You will develop annual marketing plans for TriZetto Provider Solutions and revenue cycle management business, along with technology services for the provider market. Additionally, you will create marketing programs and materials to promote key healthcare provider offerings. You will be managing a team located in India and the USA to implement and execute marketing programs effectively. Furthermore, you will lead and execute marketing campaigns focusing on TriZetto Provider Solutions revenue cycle management and provider technology services, utilizing digital advertising and account-based marketing programs. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve content creation and management, where you will collaborate with business leaders and SMEs to develop various marketing materials such as solution brochures, white papers, research articles, blogs, videos, and social media content. You will also oversee the management of TriZetto Provider Solutions and Cognizant Revenue Cycle Management websites, ensuring regular updates and incorporating key SEO terms into the content. In addition, you will be responsible for organizing healthcare provider events, including channel partner events primarily in North America. Ensuring the appropriate representation and marketing of Cognizant products and services at industry events, conferences, tradeshows, and experiential events will be a key part of your role. Monitoring and reporting on marketing program performance will also fall under your purview. You will track and analyze marketing KPIs, leads generated, and overall campaign performance to provide regular status reports to senior business unit and marketing management. Overall, your role as Director of Marketing for Healthcare Provider at Cognizant Health Sciences will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of the organization within the healthcare provider industry.,
