Job Description

As a Project Delivery Manager at Arcadis, you will play a crucial role in managing the delivery of projects from GEC, working closely with senior stakeholders and operationally leading a project team. Your responsibilities will include assisting in developing the project delivery strategy, setting up a multi-disciplinary GEC team, and ensuring commercial acumen is applied to the delivery of mid to large projects. You will be responsible for establishing systems and processes to standardize project delivery from GEC based on the specific needs of the Business Area country assigned and the ultimate clients. Your key accountabilities will involve leading project implementation, managing multi-disciplinary teams, and translating project objectives into plans, estimates, and schedules. You will be required to assure compliance with contracts, analyze data to provide recommendations, and develop processes in line with strategic business objectives. Additionally, you will lead project teams, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and drive standardization and automation of processes for continuous improvement. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, with qualifications in financial/business management, client management, innovation, and leadership being highly desirable. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in the Engineering and Construction (AEC) services sector, including at least 7+ years of experience in leading mid to large project teams within a multinational engineering or professional services firm, is preferred.
