Job Description

As a leader in this role, you will be responsible for leading initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional global stakeholders to ensure that Mastercard provides competitive and innovative solutions. Your main responsibilities will include managing the development of operational processes and procedures, maintaining system/platform descriptions, and ensuring consistent usage. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Product Knowledge Leader for MDES supporting Mastercard Send and MPQR programs - Define necessary capabilities, prioritize delivery, and draft business requirements for the Mastercard Send platform - Lead product development efforts by working closely with a cross-functional team - Collaborate with technical developers to translate product requirements into technical specifications - Translate product capabilities into customer-facing implementation guides - Gather statistics and generate reports on system function for management review - Educate various teams on features and technical aspects of Mastercard Send processing and on-behalf-of platforms Qualifications Required: - Possess established business technical expertise in developing integrated product solutions - Demonstrate leadership with a sense of urgency and passion - Showcase proven project management and organization skills - Ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently under pressure - Knowledge and experience with agile methodology for product development - Excellent oral and written communication, problem-solving, and product documentation skills - Strong business acumen with a customer focus and analytical skills - Ability to interact effectively at all levels and collaborate with internal and external business partners Please note the following additional company details: - Corporate Security Responsibility: - Adhere to Mastercard's security policies and practices - Maintain confidentiality and integrity of accessed information - Report any suspected information security violation or breach - Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings as per guidelines,
