Job Description

The Director, Product Management - Credit Enablement role is key to supporting the Credit Enablement product within the Community Pass vertical. As the Director, you will be tasked with various responsibilities such as developing a product strategy, understanding competitor offerings and stakeholder needs, and taking the product through the entire Studio process for pilot and scale readiness. Your primary focus will be to refresh the Credit Enablement strategy based on market insights, enhance the current product to meet customer needs, and oversee the identification of product requirements and documentation. You will collaborate with Community Pass stakeholders to develop robust product requirements and ensure the product remains competitive in the market. Additionally, you will work on developing a go-to-market strategy with both traditional and non-traditional partners, supporting sales colleagues in partner discussions, and owning a sustainable commercial model for the product. Your role will also involve ensuring that product collateral is comprehensive and up to date, supporting sales efforts by articulating the product value to stakeholders, and collaborating with the rest of the Community Pass team and other business functions across Mastercard. To excel in this role, you should be passionate about transforming lives for Base of the Pyramid consumers, have experience in launching and scaling new products with sustainable commercial models, and be able to engage high-level stakeholders effectively. You should also be comfortable working within a matrix environment, across geographic boundaries, and have experience operating within complex ecosystems and with technology teams. As the Director, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of the Credit Enablement product and contributing to the overall growth and development of the Community Pass platform. Your ability to bring structure and rigor to a fast-moving environment, along with your passion for making a positive impact, will be essential in fulfilling the responsibilities of this role.,
