Role Overview: As the Director of People & Culture (P&C) at Uplers" client, you will be responsible for leading organizational development, culture, and people strategy to drive business growth. Your role will involve balancing strategy and execution across talent, engagement, operations, and analytics, ensuring a thriving and future-ready workforce. Key Responsibilities: - Organizational Development & Change - Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption and alignment with business goals. - Shape organizational culture, foster inclusion, and embed company values across teams. - Talent Development - Build leadership and succession pipelines. - Design and implement learning initiatives that enhance employee skills and organizational capability. - Talent Management - Oversee performance management, career progression, and succession planning. - Lead rewards, recognition, and retention programs to strengthen engagement. - HR Business Partnerships - Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational needs. - Guide HRBPs to deliver initiatives that improve both business outcomes and employee experience. - HR Operations - Streamline HR processes and implement automation for operational efficiency. - Internal Communication & Engagement - Strengthen employee engagement, well-being, and inclusion. - Drive transparent communication across levels to reinforce trust and alignment. - HR Tech & Analytics - Leverage HRIS and data analytics to inform decision-making. - Provide actionable insights on workforce trends, productivity, and ROI of HR initiatives.
