Role Summary

US Healthcare Payer domain

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end
IT delivery
for clinical programs in the payer domain.
Ensure successful execution of large-scale projects in
Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals & Grievances
.
Drive
delivery governance, demand planning, and capacity management
.
Establish best practices, frameworks, and KPIs to ensure delivery excellence.
Partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, and clients to align delivery with strategic objectives.
Manage and mentor senior managers, project managers, and delivery teams.
Oversee compliance with
healthcare regulatory standards, data security, and quality requirements
.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on
value delivery
and business impact.

Required Skills & Experience

18+ years of overall IT experience
with a strong background in delivery management.
Minimum
10+ years of experience in the US Healthcare Payer domain
.
Expertise in
clinical IT delivery
Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals & Grievances.
Proven track record of
managing large distributed teams
(onshore/offshore).
Strong knowledge of
payer systems, clinical workflows, and healthcare compliance
.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
