Director - PAS WKFA - NAT - CNS - PC - Workforce Advisory

Role Overview: Joining PC - a global network, you will have the opportunity to work across capabilities, service offerings, teams, and geographies, gaining valuable experiences and knowledge that will last a lifetime. As a Director in the PC leadership team focused on HR and business performance, you will be responsible for building the PC business nationally. Key Responsibilities: - Scale up the business and contribute to strategic priorities in HR focusing on financial services GCCs - Ensure delivery excellence, program manage large client initiatives, and provide oversight to a highly competent team - Lead HR consulting related to revenue growth by generating leads for new business opportunities - Interact with existing client accounts to mine for additional engagements/extensions - Generate profitable revenue through lead identification, delivery of existing work, and winning add-ons to existing engagements - Demonstrate technical competence in HR capabilities, taking a practical/business-driven approach to solving complex client challenges - Lead activities including proposal making, presentations, commercial negotiation, and business economics management - Lead project work streams from planning through implementation, managing resources and budgets effectively - Influence and persuade clients/stakeholders to gain support for major change initiatives/decisions - Encourage collaboration amongst team members, promote an inclusive working environment - Identify and manage/mitigate risks and issues - Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and peers, acting as a visible role model Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad) - 13+ years of work experience including business development experience - Exposure and experience in consulting plus GCCs Additional Company Details: EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between delivering excellent client service and personal priorities.
