The exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime. ### Role Overview: As a Director in the People Consulting (PC) team, you will be part of the PC leadership team focusing on HR and business performance. Your main focus will be on building the PC business nationally. ### Key Responsibilities: - Lead and contribute to HR consulting related to revenue growth by generating leads for new business opportunities. - Interact with existing client accounts to identify additional engagements/extensions. - Generate profitable revenue through lead identification, delivery of existing work, and winning add-ons to existing engagements. - Demonstrate technical competence in various capabilities and take a practical approach to solving complex client challenges. - Lead project work streams, manage resources and budgets effectively. - Influence and persuade clients and stakeholders for major change initiatives. - Encourage collaboration among team members and promote an inclusive working environment. - Identify and manage/mitigate risks and issues. - Provide coaching and development opportunities for junior resources and act as a role model. ### Qualification Required: - Postgraduate degree or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources - 13+ years of work experience, including business development experience - Exposure and experience in consulting and Global Capability Centers (GCCs) ### Additional Details: EY is committed to being an inclusive employer and offers flexible working arrangements to achieve a balance between delivering client service and personal priorities.
