Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Director of Workforce Development & Sales Enablement. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing workforce programs, creating and implementing economic development strategies, and providing training and support to sales teams. Daily tasks include overseeing program development, coordinating with industry professionals, and ensuring the successful implementation of workforce initiatives.

• Program Management and Program Development skills
• Experience in Workforce Development and Economic Development
• Training and mentoring skills
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Human Resources, or a related field
• Experience with startups and entrepreneurship is a plus
