Your responsibilities will include providing thought leadership to guide clients on complex data management issues, enhancing business performance, and collaborating with the leadership team to offer expertise in areas such as Big Data, ETL, Reporting, CRM, Data Warehousing, MDM, DevOps, and Software Development. We are looking for individuals who not only possess the necessary expertise but also excel in the fast-paced environment of a global consulting firm. Your key responsibilities will include leading project delivery to ensure the successful implementation of client projects and identifying new business opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for team development by recruiting and nurturing a high-performing team. You will also design and implement Proofs of Concept (POCs) and solution architectures to address diverse data management and governance needs for pharmaceutical clients. Collaborating with the leadership team, you will identify strategic business development opportunities, establish thought leadership by publishing insightful articles, and engage in technology conferences to showcase our expertise. Moreover, you will build and maintain strategic partnerships with leading technology and enterprise software providers. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in pharma technology consulting, hold an advanced degree (MBA preferred or a Masters degree) in engineering, and possess hands-on experience in various aspects such as data mastering, big data, ETL, reporting, data warehousing, BI dashboards, and designing data architecture patterns and ecosystems. You should demonstrate the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects for various stakeholders, lead client engagements, and develop new work streams in the technology space. Strong analytical skills, creativity in recommending solutions, experience in data modeling, development, testing for enterprise-wide data solutions, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.,
