Turno does this by providing a wide selection of vehicles from partner OEMs, affordable financing, and battery value guarantees to ensure the highest return on value for EV owners. Turnos mission is to transition gasoline miles to electric miles in India. Turno is founded by Hemanth Aluru and Sudhindra Reddy Pidapa experienced entrepreneurs in the mobility industry with a strong track record of value creation. Recently, they led Zoomcar, India&aposs largest personal mobility platform.

Commercial Vehicles contribute 80-90% of fuel burnt today - those are the miles we want to replace with EV miles. And even though commercial EVs exist, adoption has been slow .

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Strategic Alliances & Partnerships function. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in structuring capital deals, building long-term institutional partnerships, and driving strategic initiatives with banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions. This role will be instrumental in expanding our co-lending, term loan, FLDG, and BC (Business Correspondent) partnerships.

We are seeking an experienced professional to head our Strategic Alliances & Partnerships division. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in structuring capital deals, cultivating enduring institutional partnerships, and spearheading strategic initiatives with banks, NBFCs, and other financial entities. This pivotal role will be crucial in expanding our co-lending, term loan, FLDG, and BC (Business Correspondent) partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Capital Partnerships:

Drive the end-to-end process of raising capital through strategic partnerships including co-lending, term loans, and securitization.

• Co-lending & BC Alliances:

Identify and build high-value co-lending and BC partnerships with banks and large NBFCs to drive business growth.

• FLDG & Liability Structuring:

Structure FLDG arrangements, guarantee mechanisms, and other credit enhancement solutions to support business scale-up.

• Relationship Management:

Leverage and expand an existing deep network of senior decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, and fintechs to unlock new growth opportunities.

• Deal Structuring & Negotiation:

Lead negotiations and execution of complex financial and partnership deals, ensuring alignment with risk and regulatory requirements.

• Strategic Leadership:

Collaborate with cross-functional leadership to define partnership strategy aligned with the companys long-term goals.

• Market Intelligence:

Keep a strong pulse on evolving partnership models, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics in the financial services sector.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in NBFCs, banks, or fintechs in roles related to strategic partnerships, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Strong understanding of co-lending, term loan structures, BC models, and FLDG partnerships.
• Deep network in the banking and financial services ecosystem.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and an ability to work cross-functionally.
• MBA or equivalent from a reputed institution is preferred.

• Proven track record of managing large-value capital deals and partnerships.
