Director of Product Management

Key Responsibilities

• Own all the key metrics and KPIs for multiple products
• Lead & mentor a team of product managers and analysts, ensuring their growth and success.
• Define and drive the long-term product roadmap and short-term sprints
• Identify & implement new features that improve customer experience and expand market reach.
• Leverage data & insights to make informed product decisions with a strong business sense.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
  

Required Skills

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a high-growth B2C startup.
• Bachelor's degree from a tier-1 college (Engineering, Business, or related field).
• Proven track record of building and scaling web and mobile products with a deep understanding of user behavior.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in managing teams with 5+ people.
• Experience of scaling fintech products or products for the Bharat audience is a plus!
  

Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bellandur, Bangalore office, with a 5-day workweek.
