Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Director of People & Sales Enablement - Commission Based. The Director will be responsible for managing and overseeing sales operations, developing business strategies, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing teams. The role involves supporting sales teams, planning and executing sales initiatives, and working closely with other departments to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales, Sales Operations, and Business Development
• Proven ability in Team Management and Customer Service
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience in the startup ecosystem is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
