Job Description: As the Director of Operations at Fariyas Hotels & Resorts in Lonavala, Maharashtra, your primary responsibility is to oversee daily hotel operations, manage staff, and ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will be the General Manager of the 163-room property, with a focus on financial management, marketing, and maintaining quality standards.
